How a session works

    You choose a job from your queue. Your CV and the job profile are already there.

  2. Choose the interview round

    First introduction or second conversation with a deep dive: you decide what you want to train.

  3. Run the interview

    The AI asks questions and follows up when an answer stays too general. You answer as in a real conversation.

  4. Read the feedback

    You see where your answers convinced and where evidence, structure or clarity are missing, with hints on what to do about it.

How to get the most out of it

  • Answer out loud or by voice. Typing tempts you into phrases you would never say.
  • Prepare one example per requirement: situation, task, action, result.
  • Start with the result, not the context. Details come on follow-up.
  • Repeat the session after the feedback. The second run shows what improved.
  • Also practice with a human. The AI does not replace a real counterpart.

Privacy with voice recordings

If you answer by microphone, the recording is sent to OpenAI for speech-to-text and discarded immediately afterwards. Pathly does not store audio files, only the recognized text of your answers.

You use voice input only after explicit consent. You can withdraw it at any time in your browser settings.
