Pathly is an AI job application assistant from Berlin. The web app at path-ly.eu helps you with cover letters, ATS resumes and interviews. You review and decide at every step.
Why Pathly exists
For many people applying has become a process in which generic documents are sent to systems in the hope of slipping through. It costs time and confidence, on both sides of the desk.
Pathly is meant to change that. It helps you apply fittingly to a job without pretending to be someone else. The goal: that the right people get the right jobs and nobody has to appear as a supplicant.
What we hold ourselves to
You decide, the AI assists
Nothing is sent automatically. Every change is a suggestion you accept or reject.
Authentic, not generic
Cover letters should sound like you and rest on evidence. Arbitrary texts help nobody.
Privacy first
Storage in the EU, masking of personal data before AI processing, no training on your documents.
Honest about limits
We do not promise jobs. Pathly improves fit and quality of your application. The outcome stays open.

Transparency about AI use
Pathly uses AI models from external providers, for example for text generation, speech recognition and research. All data processors with location and safeguards are listed in the privacy policy.
Content generated by AI is labeled as such in Pathly. You are the one who reviews, adapts and uses it.
